In 2023, our company expanded into the Central Asian market by opening a representative office in Uzbekistan and launching a second production facility for concrete floor hardening materials in the city of Tashkent.
Drawing on our experience, and recognizing both the strong regional demand for industrial flooring materials and the availability of high-quality local raw materials, we established production of professional materials for the installation and repair of concrete floors under the Betocem brand in 2013, in the city of Angarsk, Irkutsk Region. Our goal was to offer an optimal balance of price and quality.
• 01
Localization
• 02
Production tailored to the end user’s region
01
We use high-grade, additive-free cements, carefully accounting for the strength development rates of the cements typically used in local concrete mixes
/Compatibility with local concrete mixes
/Consideration of the region’s climatic conditions
/In the required volumes and right on time
/Selection of local aggregates
02
Adapting the formulation to the specific properties of local raw materials allows us to achieve optimal performance characteristics of the final product
03
The set-retarding agent prevents the dry mix from gaining strength faster than the underlying concrete
04
This minimizes the risk of shortages or surpluses, simplifies inventory management, and ensures uninterrupted operations on-site. It also eliminates costs and risks associated with long-term storage and transportation of large volumes of materials.
Logistics optimization and cost minimization
Long-distance transportation, customs duties and taxes, cargo insurance, and warehousing — all of these factors significantly increase the total cost of materials for the end user. Localizing production minimizes these expenses and reduces the final price of the product.
