is a ready-to-use dry-shake hardener designed to create extremely durable, dust-free, and fire-resistant concrete floors in a single application during the concrete placement process.

An ideal solution for new construction of industrial and commercial facilities.

Betocem TOP

• 01
Production of dry-shake hardener since 2013

The hardened layer forms a homogeneous, monolithic bond with the concrete substrate.

Betocem TOP is designed to reinforce the surface layer of freshly placed concrete floors exposed to medium and heavy loads.

finish created in a single cycle during concrete placement
01
The carefully selected particle size distribution of the dry-shake hardener minimizes the risk of delamination when proper application technology is followed.
/
02
During production, our laboratory continuously monitors all parameters that affect the material’s properties.
/
03
Additives that enhance resistance to efflorescence.
/
04
Maximum concentration of targeted functional aggregates combined with high-grade M500 D0 cement.

Key Benefits
• 04
The installation time for a concrete floor with a dry-shake hardener does not extend the overall timeline required to prepare the concrete slab for subsequent work.
Rapid commissioning of the facility
The lowest cost per square meter for a finished high-strength, abrasion-resistant floor.
Cost efficiency.
The surface of a concrete slab treated with Betocem TOP achieves high density, preventing the penetration of moisture and aggressive liquids, while remaining vapor-permeable.
Durability
A floor hardened with Betocem TOP exceeds the wear resistance of B25 (M300) grade concrete by several times
• 06
Work conditions:
Before applying impregnation, clean the concrete surface from dirt, oils, dust.
The base must match
requirements of SP 29.13330.2011 Floors.
Updated edition of SNiP 2.0.13-88 Floors, SNiP 3.04.01-87 Insulation and finishing works.
Application Process
• 05
Distribution, leveling, and compaction of the concrete mix.
Preparatory Works
Initial treatment with a power trowel using a pan.
STEP 2
First application of the dry-shake hardener onto the concrete surface using special distribution carts.
Initial troweling of the hardener with a power trowel fitted with a pan.
Initial finishing with a power trowel fitted with a pan (disc).
STEP 3
STEP 1
Immediately after the first troweling is completed, a second application of the hardener is carried out.
Finishing the concrete floor surface with power trowel blades to achieve a glossy finish.
Application of a protective coating (sealer) using a roller and sprayer.
STEP 5
Saw-cutting of contraction joints followed by filling with polyurethane sealant.
STEP 6
Second troweling of the hardener with a power trowel using a pan.
